We are looking for a Business Analyst to take part in our ServiceNow integration projects at our customers' sites. You will be working in a fast-growing field on all international markets.
You have the following experience:
- Knowledge of the ServiceNow tool standards
- Leading workshops to gather customer requirements
- Writing of technical documentation, user stories, test books
- Change management support
Your main tasks will be:
- Help clients formalize their needs
- Recommend and support functional and organizational orientations with regard to existing organizational standards (ITIL, etc) and technologies
- Ensure overall functional consistency of project processes and tools
- Identify functional and organizational gaps and ensure their relevance to the customer
- Ensure that the technical choices proposed meet the functional requirements expressed by the customer
- Participate in the drafting of functional documentation (functional specifications, user manuals) based on requirements analysis reports
- Participate in the drafting of training materials
- Participate in solution acceptance testing
- Participate in supporting teams after implementation
Profile:
Engineering school degree or equivalent university degree
Fluent in written and spoken English
You know how to lead requirement gathering workshops and formalize requirements
You are familiar with the ServiceNow tool standards and have ITIL certification
CSA/Safe certification would be a plus
